Why USC? Part I. We recently asked over 700 current USC students why they ultimately made a decision to attend USC because of their undergraduate education. <\/title> We received a response that is overwhelming wanted to highlight some of them here for you personally. Does winter in Massachusetts mean anything to anyone?<br \/> <strong>Jamie<\/strong>, Sophomore majoring in Business Administration from Plymouth, MA<\/p>\n<p>I had been skeptical of large schools like USC from the beginning of my college search, but during my visits and research concerning the school, I understood that USC offers a vibrant community. USC certainly allows any individual to find a niche that is engaging there are scores of diverse opportunities across all fields.<br \/> <strong>Shelby<\/strong>, Freshman majoring in Narrative Studies from Chattanooga, TN<\/p>\n<p>We thought we would go to USC as the professors are really great not just do they pursue things that are amazing their research, nonetheless they also genuinely care about your success and well-being. If you actively put in the effort to see them and get their help, they will respond and help you with understanding the material or with such a thing that is concerning you, be it school-related or not.<br \/> <strong>Malina<\/strong>, Freshman majoring in Biological Sciences from San Diego, CA<\/p>\n<p>USC certainly offered the full range of undergraduate experiences when it comes to academics, extracurricular activities, leadership, research, and networking. In specific, I ended up being extremely excited to take advantage of the Progressive Degree Program, which permitted me to get my B.S. in BME and M.S. in BME in 4 years, and also to take advantage of numerous research grants provided by USC to fund my research endeavors freshman through sophomore years. It’s not unusual to meet pupils majoring in two completely opposite studies or involved in multiple pupil organizations on campus.
