Police investigating gun claim at non-league football match |

Authorities are investigating an alleged incident.
The incident is believed to have happened during a reserve-team match between Battersea Ironsides and Merrow late every month.
The game is understood to have been abandoned following the Merrow players felt it was dangerous to continue.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said:Police were contacted on Sunday, 29 September regarding an incident on Burntwood Lane, SW19 at roughly 16:15hrs the prior day.
It was alleged that a person confronted the victim and his buddies during a soccer game claiming to be in possession of a firearm.
There havent been any arrests.
At a document seen by Sky Sports News, their analysis has been concluded by the Surrey FA without charges, but worried they would re-open the case when the police find evidence of gamers being threatened with a weapon.
According to the record, a spectator proceeded to the pitch before being ushered off the Battersea Ironsides manager and by the referee. No weapon was seen by the referee.
